A regular clean, done the same way every time
A maintenance clean keeps your home consistently clean between visits, with the focus on bathrooms, the kitchen, dusting and floors. Leave out anything you do not need, or add the inside of the fridge, the inside of the oven or laundry for $50 each.
Deep cleaning, heavy buildup and anything that takes extra time are quoted separately. We clean what can be reached safely.

For busy households, kids and pets. The home never gets far from clean, at the lowest rate per visit.
Every two weeks
A good balance for most homes, at the same rate per visit as weekly.
Monthly
A monthly reset. It costs $10 more per 500 square feet, because more builds up between visits.
One time or deep clean
Before guests, after a busy season, or a fresh start before regular cleans begin. Adds $20 per 500 square feet.
Every visit has a $100 minimum, so smaller homes are priced fairly for the time the visit takes.

What does a regular clean include?
A standard clean covers the kitchen, every bathroom, dusting throughout and the floors. You can leave out what you do not need, and add the inside of the fridge, the inside of the oven or laundry.
Do you do one time or deep cleans?
Yes. A one time or deep clean is a good fresh start before guests, after a busy season, or before regular cleans begin. It costs a little more per visit because there is more to get through.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Every visit has a $100 minimum, so smaller homes are priced fairly for the time the visit takes.
What happens if the schedule is full?
We add you to the waitlist and reach out as soon as a spot opens. You keep your estimate, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
What about larger homes?
Homes over 5,000 square feet get a custom quote, so the crew and the time on site fit the home.
