Okanagan Home and Office Cleaning started with one idea: clean every space to the standard someone will actually check it against. Our owner spent years doing those checks herself, and that is how our crews work today.
Our story
Before this company existed, Jodi spent years in strata and property management. She walked through homes being sold, strata buildings being maintained and units at move out, always with a checklist, and she saw the same thing again and again: cleans that looked fine at a glance and fell apart on inspection. Fridges pulled out to reveal what was underneath. Window tracks nobody touched.
After managing another cleaning company, she started her own in January 2026, beginning with offices. The work grew quickly into homes and move outs, and move outs became our busiest department, because we clean them the way a property manager checks them.
We are still local and still hands on. When you call, you reach our team in the Okanagan, and when we give you a price, it is one we have thought through.
Born and raised in Kelowna
Our owner, Jodi Cryderman, grew up here. The valley is home, not just a service area.

Today
Offices, homes and move outs across Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland. Move outs are now what we do most, with 40 completed in September alone.
