Privacy policy.

When you ask for a price or book a clean, we collect what we need to do the job and get back to you:

• Your name, phone number and email address, and how you prefer to be contacted
• The address or area of the job, its size, the number of bathrooms and the date you need
• Anything you tell us about the job, and any photos you choose to send
• For businesses, your company name
• How you found us, if you tell us, and which link or code brought you to the site

The site also keeps basic technical records, like the pages visited and a scrambled version of your internet address, to keep the forms working and stop spam. We do not sell any of this, and we do not use advertising trackers.

• To give you an estimate and confirm a price
• To schedule the clean and send our crew to the right place with the right information
• To contact you about your request, your booking and your invoice
• To keep records of the work we have done for you
• To understand which of our flyers, cards and posts bring people to us

Photos you send are used only to price and plan your clean. They are stored privately, seen only by our team, and never posted or shared. If you would like them deleted after your clean, ask and we will remove them.

Our team, and the services we use to run the business: a secure database hosted in Canada, an email service that sends our confirmations, and a text message service that alerts us when a request comes in. Each one processes your details only on our behalf.

We share your information with nobody else unless the law requires it.

We only email or text you about your own requests and bookings. We do not send marketing messages unless you have ticked the box asking for them, and you can stop them at any time by replying or emailing us.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Photos are kept until the job is done and for a short period after, in case there are questions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bookings@okanaganofficecleaning.com and we will respond within 30 days, as British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act requires.

The site sets one small cookie that remembers which link or code brought you here, so we know whether a flyer or a post is working. It holds no personal details and expires after 90 days. There are no advertising cookies.
